Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled(RMSD) organized an educational trip to Mysuru Rail Museum on Feb 26th, 2022.
80 visually impaired students of RMSD got an opportunity to visit the Mysuru Rail Museum. Our children were able to get the touch and feel experience of the exhibits like Train bus, Train Crain, Train wheel, Train driver cabin, etc.
Mr Ravi, Railway officer & Mr Prathap, Senior Section Engineer (SSE) & railway Museum in-charge, explained to our students about the history of railways, railway operation and many other concepts related to railways like meter gauge, narrow gauge, broad gauge, etc., The Students were attentive, excited and asked many questions during the visit. The students were also delighted with their ride on the Toy Train!
