For the past 25 years, Rangarao Memorial School for Differently Abled(RMSD) has been working to bridge the gap between regular schools and for differently Abled children. This year too, RMSD organized a music competition on 25th November.
52 children from 13 schools of Mysore participated in the competition. As a tribute to Puneeth Rajkumar, students entertained by singing the film songs in which he acted. The competition was judged by Vidushi Sumakrishnamurthy and Vidushi Geetha Y Putti. Sri R Guru, the school President and Board members Mrs. Sulochana Guru and Mrs. Janhavi Murthy distributed awards and certificates to the winners.

2nd place - Sowmya, Government High School, Kumbara Koppal
3rd place - Dhanya Raghavan, Mysore West Lions Sevaniketan School
Consolation Award - Arasu Nayaka, Government school for blind children
In the Senior section :
1st place - Udayakumar, Government school for Blind children
2nd place - Sowmya, Government High School, Kumbarakoppal
3rd place - Vaishnavi S, Chinmaya Vidyalaya
