Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled (RMSD) celebrated International Women’s day and senior student’s conference on 8th March 2022 at the school campus. Mrs. Geetha Latha, Training Advisor, AGEE’s English Learning Academy, and Rachna Varsha, Drummer and Rhythm Player graced the event as chief guests. Mrs. Radha K, Senior Staff from Cycle Pure Agarbathi was also present at the event.
Ms. Rachna blindfolded herself and played the drum to make the students realize blindness must not be a barrier to great opportunities. Mrs. Geetha Latha and Mrs. Radha K inspired students by speaking about Women's empowerment. Alumni, Ms.Gayathri M.R (PUC - 90%) & Ms. Gayathri.P (MA - 89%) were honoured with cash prizes for their outstanding academic achievements.
The event was held to honor the women's workforce at the school. The school also motivates differently-abled women to live life with dignity and enables them to be self-reliant.
