We are immensely proud to share that Ms. Nisarga S. Gowda, an alumna of Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled (RMSD), has been awarded the Gold Medal in M.A. Kannada at the University of Mysore Convocation. During her years at RMSD, Ms. Nisarga was admired for her warm sense of humour among her hostel mates, strong academic discipline, and calm, introspective nature—qualities that shaped her focused and determined approach to learning. She completed her schooling from Classes 8 to 10 at RMSD, securing 79.36% in SSLC.

She pursued her M.A. in Kannada at Kuvempu Kannada Adhyana Samaste, University of Mysore, where she achieved an exceptional 9.09 CGPA, earning the prestigious Gold Medal for outstanding academic excellence.

Further adding to her remarkable journey, Ms. Nisarga has successfully cleared the UGC-NET examination with fellowship and is currently pursuing her Ph.D., focusing on literary-based film studies related to U.R. Ananthamurthy, Purnachandra Tejaswi, and Lankesh. Her achievements stand as a shining testament to perseverance, dedication, and scholarly excellence.
