What a harmonious International Yoga Day it was at Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled (RMSD)!
We were incredibly fortunate to host a unique and deeply moving NADA Yoga session, brought to us in partnership with the Temple of Singing Bowls, Mysuru. Under the expert guidance of Nada Yogi Sri Akhilanka, our students explored the profound power of sound and silence. They learned how NADA—the inner vibration—can be a pathway to self-awareness and inner peace. This immersive experience left them feeling calmer, more focused, and truly connected within themselves.
Our heartfelt thanks to Sri Akhilanka for this inspiring journey into inner balance!
