79th Independence Day Celebration at Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled (RMSD)
Ranga Rao Memorial School for Differently Abled (RMSD) proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The program was entirely conducted by students of the school It commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Gayathri (10th Std), followed by the flag hoisting by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Vani H.A., Secretary of Mathru Mandali school. The Chief Guest addressed the gathering with inspiring words, while the Chairman, Sri R. Guru, delivered a motivating Presidential Address. Special moments were created when Sri R.N. Murthy interacted with the children, adding warmth and joy to the occasion.
The significance of the day was eloquently expressed by students—Ms. Sayeda Kulsum (8th Std) in Hindi and Ms. Ambadkar Manasa (8th Std) in English. The celebration also featured a spirited march past led by Ms. Manasa and team, along with patriotic songs and dances in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi, showcasing the talent and enthusiasm of RMSD students.
Academic excellence was also celebrated on this special day, with recognition given to last year’s toppers. Ms. Jahnavi, the SSLC Topper, was felicitated by Mrs. Padmamma, Senior NR Family Member, while Ms. Anitha B., the PUC Topper, received her award from Mrs. Jahnavi Murthy, NR Family Member.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Manasa (10th Std). The gracious presence and continued support of the NR Family were deeply appreciated by the school community.
